Your contribution

• Maintain and manage registries and dossiers in the electronic business management system
• Compile and prepare management dossiers for the Head of Department, the Director of Office, or the Vice Director
• Organize meetings and perform general secretarial tasks
• Create presentations, summaries, and other working documents for the Department Management and Directorate area
• Support employees with administrative and IT-related user queries and undertake deputy tasks

What makes you unique

• Completed commercial or equivalent training
• Experience in an assistant or secretarial function, ideally in a legal or public environment
• Good user knowledge of MS Office programs as well as affinity for digital work tools
• Enjoyment of independent working methods and organizational tasks
• Strong service orientation, reliability, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Good active knowledge of a second official language

The Federal Office of Justice is the legal competence center of the Confederation. It manages, among other things, legislation projects in state, administrative, private, and criminal law and examines all legislative business of the Federal Administration for its compliance with the Constitution and the law.

The Legislation Support Department I (RS I) deals particularly with the support of decrees from the areas of competence of the EDA, EDI, and VBS as well as in certain areas of the EJPD.
