Your contribution

• Provide advice and assistance to line managers in all HR processes, from personnel planning to recruitment, from onboarding to employee development and management, up to the termination of the employment relationship
• Be the point of reference for line managers in matters concerning Confederation personnel law, human resources management and complex individual situations, developing pragmatic solutions that comply with the legal framework
• Ensure the implementation of the Confederation's personnel policy and strategy as well as ensure impeccable execution of HRM affairs for the benefit of target groups (line management, employees, specialist management, HR Service Center, etc.)
• Actively accompany HR transformation projects and support managers in change management, organizational development and the evolution of organizational culture
• Prepare, analyze and monitor HR data and indicators intended for upper controlling, ensuring the necessary foundations for human resources management; handle requests transmitted by the HR Service Center and collaborate closely with internal partners in order to ensure efficient and high-quality HR service
• Contribute to the continuity of HR services by assuming, if necessary, the substitution of colleagues and providing support in the management of complex personnel files

What distinguishes you

• Higher professional training as an HR specialist with a federal professional certificate or university diploma or equivalent title, as well as several years of professional experience in a similar function
• Solid knowledge of HR processes, Confederation personnel law as well as consulting and supporting line managers
• Strong analytical, advisory and communication skills, combined with a high orientation towards service delivery and a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
• Open, loyal and motivated personality, capable of establishing relationships of trust with different target groups and operating with confidence in a dynamic context
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP HR
• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language is an advantage

You contribute to the development of the organization by accompanying HR transformation projects, participating in the monitoring of HR data and collaborating in the implementation of a modern personnel policy and strategy oriented towards the needs of managers and employees.

The Swiss Army Logistics Base (BLEs) is at the disposal of the troops. It provides all logistical services for the Swiss Army and, with its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, manages the material, systems and infrastructure of the Swiss Army.
