Your tasks * You supervise the social, administrative and financial follow-up of young minors within the asylum field placed in the home * You assume responsibility for the administrative and financial management of the home * You decide, within the scope of your competencies, on the current expenses of the home * You monitor the application of legal and administrative provisions relating to assistance standards and modalities * You participate in the health network set up for the care of beneficiaries * You assume personnel management * You establish directives and write internal information * You are responsible for following socio-professional integration projects * You plan and organize internal meetings at the home * You manage all the site's infrastructures as well as the various interdisciplinary teams * You are responsible for ensuring order, hygiene and cleanliness of the site Your profile * ES/HES educator diploma or training deemed equivalent * Desired training in the field of management or team management * Confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in team management * Good knowledge of the asylum field, more particularly in the supervision of unaccompanied minors * Very good communication and negotiation skills, as well as a pronounced ability to work independently and in a team * Sense of responsibility, organization and good analytical capacity in complex situations * French as a mother tongue; knowledge of other languages would be an asset Commencement of duties * Commencement of duties: immediately or to be agreed * Fixed-term engagement: the duration is linked to the variations in the number of people that the canton is obliged to welcome under the federal asylum law Information * Information about the position: M.
