Your task ##

• Development of technical solutions based on customer requirements
• Consulting and support of customers via various channels
• Processing of inquiries, complaints and creation of offers
• Support with product selection and system design for customers
• Collaboration with internal departments and maintenance of customer data

Your profile ##

• Completed technical training with commercial further training advantageous
• Experience in technical customer consulting or comparable position
• Confident user knowledge in ERP and CRM systems desired
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented way of working required
• Very good German skills, other languages an advantage
