In the area of vocational training, young people between the ages of 16 and 25 with a mild cognitive and/or mild mental disability complete a professionally supported measure supported by the IV. For the Youth Housing area in Küsnacht-Goldbach, we are looking for an engaged, structured personality as Team Leadership Youth Housing by arrangement. In Youth Housing, we offer young people and young adults (16-25 years old) with learning and mild mental disabilities during their training or professional measure a supportive living environment. Many bring challenging psychosocial issues. Our goal is to provide them with stability, orientation, and development opportunities. We are currently in a development process: We are building a 365-day offer and developing a system that combines supervised living with school, professional, and everyday practical support and enables tailored support services.   Your tasks • Technical and personnel management of the team (6 employees) • Building a trust-based, participatory team culture with a lived error culture • Ensuring pedagogical quality and further development of the offer • Case management of selected reference persons • Organization of operations (deployment planning, processes, structures) • Active co-design of the development and change process • Collaboration with internal and external specialist departments and relatives • Presence mainly in the evening hours, individual day services possible • Occasional weekend deployments in the extended offer • In exceptional cases, night duty (not regularly planned) Your profile • Tertiary education in the social pedagogical or comparable field • Several years of experience in the social pedagogical context with children or young people • Leadership experience or proven leadership competence • Willingness to actively co-design change processes and constructively deal with challenges and dynamics • Ability to empower employees and transfer responsibility • Clear attitude, decision-making ability, and orientation in demanding situations • Structured, self-organized, and forward-thinking work approach • Joy in construction work and further development • Stylistically secure and correct German as well as skilled handling of common IT applications (MS Office etc.) We offer • Key position with scope for design • Opportunity to actively develop a new 365 offer • Committed, appreciative team • Contemporary employment conditions and good public transport connection • Further training opportunities • Good connection to public transport • From the 40th year of life 6 weeks of vacation, before 5 weeks
