Your versatile, meaningful, and exciting tasks After good initial training, you will independently conduct contract negotiations with hospitals, private clinics, and medical associations, involving our affiliated health and accident insurers in your assigned area. You conduct these negotiations on behalf of approximately twenty health and accident insurers. You support the health and accident insurers in contract implementation and represent and stand for the RVK benefit procurement towards service providers and third parties. You also participate as an interest representative in the negotiation commissions «santéservices». The follow-up processing of contracts, administrative tasks as well as pre- and post-calculations are also part of the area of responsibility, as is the creation of statistics and evaluations. You maintain the existing customer base and assist in the acquisition of new customers. Participation in working groups within the framework of inpatient care, in projects, and in the development of concepts round off this exciting position. Your commitment and expertise After your basic training, you have gained professional experience in the field of hospital tariffs or in a comparable function at a health insurance company. Ideally, you also have knowledge of tariff systems as well as experience in contract negotiations and in dealing with regulatory requirements. You are a dynamic, economically thinking personality with pronounced negotiation skills. Very good German skills are required, French and Italian skills are an advantage.
