Your tasks

• Telephone advising of our customers on all services and basic banking products
• Systematic investigation of needs and exploitation of customer potentials
• Identifying optimizations in processes and services as well as triaging to the appropriate specialist departments
• Caring for our customers with much heart and passion
• Daily modeling of empathy and friendliness

Your profile

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in (telephone) customer advisory, preferably in the banking industry
• You possess the ability to recognize customer potentials and enjoy proactively finding suitable solutions
• Affinity for technology as well as strong multitasking ability characterize you
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German as well as very good French skills
• Foreign language skills in Italian or Spanish are an advantage
