Job Description Set up job subscription   HR Controlling & Analytics Specialist (w/m/d) # Human Resources / Bern / Experienced / Permanent / 80% What awaits you ## You will become part of the HR Services department, which forms the backbone of our personnel management, ranging from HR and payroll administration to central services such as HR systems and processes, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Controlling and Analytics. In a demanding, data-driven environment, you will use your know-how to help shape the foundation for well-founded decisions in HR. What you will achieve with us ## In HR Controlling, you ensure that central HR data can be maintained correctly, processed, and used for evaluations. You work with the SAP systems SuccessFactors and HCM and specifically look after data regarding organizational management, positions, and the corporate structure. In doing so, you ensure data quality, answer inquiries from HR, the line, and controlling, and create evaluations with SAP BW and Visier. Additionally, you support financial HR processes such as planning or internal allocations.   In the area of HR Analytics, you are responsible for the ongoing operation of our HR analytics tool Visier and coordinate release updates, tests, system adjustments, as well as functional configurations such as dashboards, roles, and permissions. You create HR evaluations from Visier for day-to-day business, for example, regarding turnover, headcount, absences, or organizational structures. At the same time, you optimize processes and reports together with HR Advisory, Payroll, and Personnel Administration or other specialist departments, simplify or automate workflows, and document them in a traceable manner. You support your colleagues in the efficient use of the tool and actively contribute your expertise to working groups and projects. What you bring with you ## • Completed commercial vocational training with further training focusing on Controlling / Business Administration • Experience in HR day-to-day business with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (SF) and proficient use of Excel for evaluations and data preparation • Interest and willingness to use and understand an HR analytics tool (Visier) in everyday life (prior knowledge not mandatory) • Strong data mindset, good conceptual and analytical skills, as well as a strong flair for numbers • Careful, reliable way of working • Team-oriented, communicative, ability to bring others along and convey practical knowledge understandably • Fluent German skills, French and / or English are an advantage Working with us ## A motivated HR Services team awaits you, which puts its customers at the center and supports each other professionally and personally.
