Customer Advisor: Energy Communities and Energy Use (all)

Your field of activity

• You advise and support our customers on technical and practical questions regarding energy communities such as self-consumption associations (ZEV) and Local Electricity Communities (LEG).
• Thanks to your electrotechnical background, you understand their concerns and can classify technical issues in a practical manner and communicate them understandably.
• In difficult business cases, you support the customer advisors from the Customer Center and coordinate requests within BKW as well as its subsidiaries.
• You maintain customer relationships according to our guidelines and ensure high-quality service services and technical process quality through quality controls.
• You contribute your practical experience to the further development of our processes, customer journeys, and IT systems and help to improve workflows.

What you bring with you

• You have completed vocational training as an electrical installer, assembly electrician, or a comparable electrotechnical education and have practical experience in the electrical industry.
• You want to develop professionally and use your technical knowledge in a consulting function in the office in the future.
• You enjoy contact with people, communicate understandably, and enjoy supporting customers with technical questions.
• New things arouse your curiosity: You enjoy expanding your knowledge, going along with changes, and familiarizing yourself with new processes and systems.
• You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented and at the same time value exchange in an open team.
