Personnel Consultant with experience in Permanent Placement

Responsibilities

The objective of the function is to manage and expand the client portfolio as well as to fully follow the selection processes, operating as a consulting partner for client companies and candidates.

• Lead the entire selection process: analysis of needs and definition of the job description in support of client companies; search, evaluation, and presentation of candidates; accompaniment to the conclusion of the contractual agreement
• Drafting of advertisements and relative publication
• Sourcing candidates
• Conducting selection interviews aimed at the various positions in management
• Preparation of candidate dossiers and constant updating of relative information
• Commercial management and development; care of the relationship with client companies
• Consulting counterparts on technical aspects related to the labor market
• Monitoring of insertion and post-placement follow-up
• Administrative activities related to the function

Profile

• Completed education in the humanities field
• Previous and proven experience in the role of Personnel Consultant and/or Recruiter, preferably at placement agencies with a focus on permanent placement
• Ability to operate independently and with strong self-motivation
• Proven result orientation
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity in the management of one's tasks
• Ability to work towards objectives and to autonomously organize priorities to achieve them
• Excellent relational and communicative skills
• Strong commercial skills for the maintenance and development of one's client portfolio
• Good resistance to stress
• Good knowledge of the main IT tools and recruitment channels
• Knowledge of the French language and the English language
