The San Gennaro Gruppe stands for genuine hospitality, high product quality and modern gastronomy concepts. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for you as a deputy F&B Manager who actively helps shape our day-to-day business and supports the F&B Manager.
Your tasks

• You share responsibility with the F&B Manager for a smooth operation in our establishments.
• You lead teams in service/bar/production operationally, help with deployment and duty planning, and provide relief during peak times.
• You ensure quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction and lend a hand in everyday tasks.
• You support the analysis of key figures (revenue, merchandise usage, personnel costs) and help derive measures from them.
• You serve as a link to production, procurement, administration, and management and drive improvements forward.

Your profile

• Completed Swiss hotel management school
• Strong host personality, structured work approach, and enjoyment of a dynamic multi-site environment.
• Understanding of gastronomy key figures and secure handling of cash and planning systems.
• Very good German, additional languages such as Italian or English are a plus.
