ICT Supporter (a) 100% [Ref:2113]

per immediate or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Processing and coordinating IT support requests via telephone, email, and ticketing system
• Identifying and resolving technical malfunctions in the area of hardware and software in 1st-level support
• Setting up, configuring, and maintaining IT workstations as well as external devices
• Advising and supporting users in the use of Windows, Microsoft 365, and other IT applications
• Analyzing, prioritizing, and forwarding more complex support cases
• Recording and documenting support requests as well as their solutions in the ticketing system

Your profile

• Completed training as an Informatiker:in EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in IT support or service desk environments
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, as well as handling common hardware and software
• Experience in the analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions
• Knowledge in handling ticketing systems is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong customer orientation
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage
