Area Manager (d/w/m) – Regional Performance & Team Lead

Your role: You are responsible for the performance of your region - operationally, personally and structurally. You ensure that our businesses work today and are better tomorrow. Responsibility for several locations and teams Direct cooperation with the Head of F&B High degree of creative freedom in your area of responsibility Opportunity to actively contribute to the development and further development of a growing system A growing company with a clear identity and strong brand 30% employee discount & regular team events Performance & Ownership: You run several businesses (approx. 4–6 locations) and are responsible for the economic performance of your locations. You control your region via KPIs, recognize deviations early and take clear measures. You ensure that sales, costs and operational quality are in balance. Leadership & Team Development: You lead and develop our branch managers and build strong, independent teams. You ensure clear structures and responsibilities in your businesses. You identify talents and develop them specifically further. Operational Excellence: You ensure that quality, service and processes are at a consistently high level in all locations. You are regularly on site, recognize problems early and actively intervene. You ensure that standards are not only defined, but consistently lived. System Development: You actively bring in feedback from the businesses and contribute to the further development of processes and concepts. You identify potential for improvement and implement it in a structured way. Cooperation & Interfaces: You work closely with the Head of F&B as well as Marketing, Product and other areas and ensure that specifications and initiatives are implemented in your businesses.
