As Manager Sampling & Environmental Monitoring, you will assume overall responsibility for our newly established Environmental Monitoring and Sampling department. Together with your team, you will ensure that environmental monitoring, water sampling, and related processes are implemented in a GMP-compliant, efficient, and sustainable manner. You will lead a team of specialists and junior staff and develop the department into a competent business partner for production, quality control, and quality assurance. • Representing the department in cross-departmental projects
Your Profile
• Degree or comparable training in the field of microbiology, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline
• Several years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment, ideally in microbiology, environmental monitoring, aseptic manufacturing, or quality control
• Experience in leading employees or functional leadership of teams
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements in the field of cleanroom monitoring and contamination control
• Strong skills in organizational development and process optimization
