Junior Floorwalker Mobile (iOS/Android) 80-100%

Tasks: • Direct support of employees on-site with questions regarding service smartphones (iOS and Android) • Setup and configuration of smartphones in the corporate environment • Installation and verification of MDM profiles, corporate apps, certificates, as well as setup of WLAN, VPN, E-Mail and Microsoft Teams • Support during the commissioning and replacement of mobile devices • Analysis and troubleshooting of typical user problems such as: • E-Mail synchronization • Push notifications • Microsoft Teams • App problems • Profile or configuration errors • Triage and escalation of more complex concerns to the 2nd Level Support • Documentation of support cases in the ticket system • Support during rollouts and mobile workplace projects • Creation or updating of simple instructions and checklists • Understandable support and training of employees in personal contact or in small groups Requirements: • Good knowledge of iOS and Android in the corporate environment. • Experience with Microsoft 365 Mobile (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) • Basic understanding of Mobile Device Management (e.g., Microsoft Intune or comparable solutions) • Knowledge of basic smartphone configuration (E-Mail, calendar, contacts, WLAN, VPN, device security) • Experience with ticket systems (SerivceNow) and IT support processes • Understanding of IT service and escalation processes • Very good German skills in speaking and writing (native language or at least level B2) Work location: Aarau Workload: 80-100% Work start: 01.09.2026, limited to 3 months Are you looking for a new challenge?
