We are looking for a service-oriented personality with experience who can independently manage a station and is a host by conviction.

Your tasks

Independent management of a service station (à la carte)

Professional care of our guests from reception to farewell

Taking orders, payment/cashiering, coordination with the kitchen

Mise en place, compliance with service standards, cleanliness in the restaurant

Support during events depending on occupancy

What distinguishes us

Family business with short decision-making paths and direct contact with management

Seasonally varying occupancy (stronger in summer, quieter in winter)

Support with accommodation/housing solution if required (by arrangement)

Working hours / days off

Saturday afternoon off, Sunday off

Monday depending on season/duty roster (usually possible as an additional day off)

Your profile

Several years of service experience, ideally as Chef de Rang

Very good understanding of hospitality, well-groomed appearance, resilient

Independent, reliable and team-oriented

Languages: German good, English an advantage (Italian welcome)
