Product Owner - Customer Service - Watchmaking Sector (M/F/X)

The role: ##

As part of a digital and industrial transformation program, we are looking for an IT Product Owner - Customer Service to support the evolution of processes and information systems within a demanding industrial environment.

Integrated into a Digital Transformation team, you will work within the Customer Service perimeter, particularly around activities related to repairs and stock management.

You will be the operational link between the business and IT teams. Your objective: understand and challenge business needs, propose pragmatic system solutions, translate them into functional specifications, and manage their implementation from production launch through to their operation in Run.

You will work in an application environment including notably SAP CS, PLM, BI/Data as well as various business applications.

Responsibilities: ##

• Collect, analyze, and challenge business needs in order to identify problems and improvement opportunities.
• Identify and propose, with the IT teams, suitable functional and technical solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with the various stakeholders.
• Manage projects and evolutions end-to-end, from the definition of needs to production launch.
• Coordinate IT teams, business teams, technical experts, integrators, and external partners.
• Organize business testing and validation phases, then support deployments and production launches.
• Ensure post-deployment and Run follow-up, ensuring the robustness, maintainability, and sustainability of the solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and the adoption of solutions by users.

What we are looking for: ##

You ideally have 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, IT project management, functional analysis, or digital transformation.

You combine a real IT sensitivity with strong project management skills. You understand information systems and know how to bridge the gap between business challenges and technical teams, without necessarily being a developer yourself.

Experience in a Customer Service, industrial/Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or operations environment is a real asset. Knowledge of SAP CS, PLM, BI/Data, or business applications would also be appreciated.

You are autonomous, pragmatic, structured, and solution-oriented. You know how to move topics forward, prioritize, make decisions, and collaborate effectively with business, technical, and external interlocutors.
