What you drive * You pay particular attention to the freshness of fruit, vegetables and bread and fight food waste with far-sighted ordering * Order, receive, check and fill fresh products and of course all other goods into the shelves in your shop * Correctly implement specifications in the store layout * Control best-before dates in the freshness product group * As a deputy, guide, promote and advance the employees - and be a role model to them * As a deputy, take co-responsibility for the numbers - regarding turnover, personnel costs and inventory What you bring * Education: Completed vocational apprenticeship (EBA) * Specialization: in retail (food) or related professional category would be ideal * Professional experience: Three or more years of professional experience in retail as a specialist, area or section manager is an advantage * Enjoyment of fresh products and ideally already professional experience with them * Physically fit, some colis are up to 10 kg heavy * Skill in planning and organizing tasks and a flair for interpreting key figures * Familiar with PC, tablet and smartphone - and you quickly make friends with other digital helpers (for inventory management) * German (B1) What we offer you * Part of the Migros Group: A strong brand anchored in retail under the roof of the Migros Group * Work healthy: High standards in occupational safety, ergonomics and hygiene. * Maternity leave / Paternity leave: 5 weeks longer baby break (19 weeks) for mothers and that at 100% salary.
