The Fondation Les Noisetiers is a multi-site medico-social institution, recognized for the quality of its services, its infrastructure and its working environment. It brings together several missions (EMS, EPSM, CAT) in the broyarde region between Sassel-Granges-Marnand and Payerne and is part of a development dynamic, at the service of residents, beneficiaries and its 190 employees. Following the integration of a new establishment into our Foundation, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to strengthen our human resources department. Capable of autonomously managing a wide range of operational HR activities, he/she will also play a role in supporting our managers in the management of their teams. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources and working in close collaboration with our HR assistant, you will actively contribute to the quality of the HR services offered to our employees and participate in the implementation of our HR policy. Thanks to your expertise and your autonomy, you provide pragmatic solutions to daily HR situations surrounding the employee life cycle while ensuring compliance with legal provisions and institutional practices. You: Hold the Federal Diploma of HR Specialist or an equivalent training; Have a confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a specialist HR or Business Partner function (ideally in the medico-social sector); Possess proven experience in recruitment and supporting managers; Know how to adopt a true HR Business Partner posture, by developing relationships of trust with managers, demonstrating active listening and supporting them with pragmatism in their HR challenges; Communicate with ease with various interlocutors, know how to convince with diplomacy, demonstrate assertiveness when the situation requires it and establish a constructive dialogue, even in sensitive contexts; Have an interest in moving things forward, by proposing concrete solutions, taking initiatives and actively contributing to the evolution of HR practices and the department's projects; Are capable of managing several files simultaneously and defining priorities; Possess writing skills and excellent command of French; Master standard IT tools (Opale/CareFolio would be an asset) and have an interest in digital solutions. Your main responsibilities: As a local HR partner, you support managers and employees on all operational HR themes in collaboration with the HR manager. In this capacity, you: Manage recruitments and support the integration of new employees; Advise managers on the management of their team and the application of the legal framework; Manage the main administrative activities related to the employee life cycle; Coordinate training actions and contribute to skills development; Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes as well as to the development of the HR function in a context of integrating a new site by participating in institutional projects.
