What awaits you

• Autonomously execute building inspection tasks
• Manage maintenance and upkeep activities
• Handle various requests and small repairs
• Daily processing of work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets
• Monitor and accompany the execution of work by mandated companies
• Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for the various sectors
• Perform administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc.)
• Manage small repair projects
• Autonomously carry out assigned tasks in compliance with existing standards, directives, and processes
• Control the subcontractor process
• Inform the supervisor of any anomaly
• Ticketing follow-up and processing

What you bring

• Holder of a CFC in facility management or an equivalent title
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Good administrative and technical management skills for small construction sites
• Proficiency in spoken and written French (minimum C1 level)
• Knowledge of English is an asset
• Good knowledge of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional, discreet, and respectful personality
• Service orientation and ease in contacts
• Autonomous and organized
