To reinforce our F&B team, we are looking for a: Supervisor Event Service (m/f/d) 60-100%. Please let us know your desired workload, because flexibility is our middle name. Your mission: You are the first point of contact for our event guests and ensure a warm welcome. Together with your team, you ensure a smooth operational flow of our events. The provision of all required resources for successful occasions is also part of your responsibility. During the event, you take over the operational leadership of our service assistants and are the first point of contact for your team. From preparation through to the event and follow-up, you work actively in the Event Service. With your organizational talent and your host personality, you ensure high guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally and solution-oriented. Together with the other departments, you contribute to a smooth operational flow. You ensure the care of our inventory and furniture. If necessary, you support our teams in the Imi Bar and the Brasserie. How you score: Completed training in the hotel industry and/or gastronomy or a comparable qualification. Initial leadership experience is an advantage. Role model function towards employees as well as joy in motivating and supporting a team. Charm, social competence and natural warmth in dealing with guests, supervisors and employees. Organizational talent, initiative and a solution-oriented way of working, even with a high volume of guests, you maintain an overview and work calmly and structured. Independent way of working, sense of responsibility and confident communication in German and English (French is an advantage). High flexibility, team spirit and commitment.
