This is how you shape health with ### • You coordinate between insured persons who are ill or have had an accident, doctors, corporate clients as well as insurance companies, institutions, and network partners, plan the medical treatment pathway, and ensure sustainable reintegration into the work process • Together with the insured persons, you develop resource- and solution-oriented goals and measures and offer support in achieving the established goals • You continuously monitor the effectiveness and appropriateness of the measures • You accompany the insured persons during their incapacity for work or also preventatively from assessment to case closure • You are the contact person for the insured companies on the topic of reintegration • You develop creative, sustainable solutions and actively participate in the further development of health management This distinguishes you ### • Professional experience in case/care management or in work integration • Education/further training in the field of case management, vocational integration, psychology, or coaching • Commercial or medical basic training • Knowledge in the field of social and private insurance, particularly daily sickness allowance and accident insurance • Solution-oriented, assertive, and flexible personality with high social competence and strong customer orientation • Confident personality with communication, advisory, and negotiation skills • Willingness to travel (driver's license must be present) with your own car in the Central Switzerland region and Canton Aargau • Language skills: business fluent English and Italian are an advantage Your place of work ### Hirschmattstrasse 32, 6003 Luzern
