In order to strengthen our << Customer Service>> department, we are looking for a: Spare Parts Specialist Your mission and your challenges: Do you want to evolve in a stimulating technical environment where your expertise truly makes a difference? Join our team and become a key contact for our customers in the identification and supply of spare parts intended for machine tool peripherals. Thanks to your technical skills and your sense of service, you accompany our customers in the search for solutions adapted to their needs. As a true link between customers and our various internal services, you contribute directly to the satisfaction of our clientele and to the proper functioning of installations worldwide. * Analyze customer requests in order to identify the necessary spare parts, using plans, nomenclatures, technical diagrams and existing documentation * Establish technical recommendations adapted to the intervention context or the customer's machine situation * Collaborate closely with our SAV, Production, and R&D teams in order to respond effectively to the most complex requests * Participate in the improvement and management of technical data relating to spare parts * Establish and follow up on commercial offers as well as order confirmations * Organize shipments in Switzerland and internationally Your background and your skills: * You benefit from successful experience in a similar function within an industrial environment * You master French or German with good knowledge of the other language, as well as good basics in English. Regular exchanges in these three languages will be part of your daily life. * Holder of a technical CFC, you have a good understanding of machine tools and their functioning * You appreciate both the technical aspects and the commercial and administrative activities related to customer and order follow-up * You stand out by your ability to work under deadline pressure and resourcefulness is your best asset * Good interpersonal skills are essential for this role, where you will be required to interact regularly with different interlocutors, both internally and externally * You master the MS Office pack and have knowledge in the use of an ERP * Customer and solution oriented, you are proactive and organized in your work Why join us?
