HR Advisor

You advise the managers and employees within your scope and contribute to the development of HR services. You identify needs, propose solutions and participate, with the team, in the construction of advisory practices adapted to the HEIG-VD.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise managers and employees in common or complex HR situations, in compliance with legal and institutional frameworks
• Meet with the managers in your scope, understand their needs and offer them adapted support
• Support recruitments, from the definition of the need to the hiring
• Develop, with your colleagues, HR advisory practices and the tools made available to managers
• Lead or contribute to transversal HR projects, particularly regarding skills, training and processes

YOUR PROFILE
You have confirmed experience in HR advisory and wish to contribute to the development of the service.

You possess:

• Degree from a higher education institution, HR federal diploma or a title deemed equivalent. Additional training in HR is an asset
• At least five years of experience in HR advisory, recruitment and supporting managers
• Good experience in the design or improvement of HR practices, tools or projects
• Mastery of Swiss labor law and the different frameworks applicable to personnel
• Ideally, experience in the public, parapublic or academic sector

• Analytical spirit, sense of initiative and ability to formulate concrete proposals
• Autonomy and ability to quickly understand a new environment
• Listening, interpersonal ease and ability to collaborate with the HR team
• Clarity in communication and writing skills
