This is what your daily routine looks like ## • To the heart of the matter: In direct exchange with customers and our advisors, you answer written and telephone inquiries about life insurance from Western and German-speaking Switzerland and find suitable solutions. • From application processing to contract changes, you process business cases in new and existing life insurance business. • You review incoming inquiries, prioritize them, and forward them to the right places. • You carefully implement compliance regulations regarding AIA, FATCA, GWG, sanctions checks, and qualified life insurance. • As a reliable support for the Life Competence Center, you take on administrative tasks and document business cases in a traceable manner. • You are an important input provider for the further development of our business processes. This is what you bring ## • The most important thing first: Your several years of experience in life insurance, in the back office or in customer service help you to quickly familiarize yourself with the tasks. • You have completed commercial training, ideally in the insurance environment, and have already acquired the VBV certificate. • You are fluent in German and French; additional languages are a plus. • You work carefully and reliably with regulatory requirements and digital systems. • The icing on the cake: You know MSG Life Factory, bring experience with compliance topics, and like to develop processes further.
