Sous Chef 100% (m/w/d) in a modern and innovative hotel operation

Introduction

A key position in the kitchen organization is being filled for a renowned operation with demanding gastronomy.
The function combines operational leadership, active collaboration, and the direct deputy role for the kitchen management in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for a strong personality who takes responsibility, leads employees, and simultaneously brings a passion for cooking.

Tasks

• You support the kitchen management in leading a team of around 15 employees
• You take over operational responsibility in daily business and ensure structured processes in the kitchen
• You lead the team during service times and ensure constant quality
• You actively help at the stations and support where your experience is required
• You take over simple administrative tasks such as orders, planning, and organizational activities
• You competently represent the kitchen management in their absence and maintain an overview at all times

Profile

• You have completed training as Koch / Köchin EFZ
• You have several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership function
• You bring leadership strength and know how to motivate and further develop employees
• You work in an organized, resilient manner and maintain an overview even under pressure
• You enjoy operational work and like to be actively present in the kitchen
• You have good German skills and a professional appearance
