Proven Change Management professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in change management within complex industrial environments.

Specialized in supporting technical, organizational, and operational transformations, with a strong ability to unite teams, structure processes, and secure the adoption of new practices. Experience in the railway or transport sectors (aerospace, automotive, etc.), with a solid mechanical or electrical engineering culture.

Key responsibilities:

Define and lead the change management strategy for high-impact technical and organizational projects.
Perform impact analyses, stakeholder mapping, and support plans.
Design and deploy communication plans, training, educational materials, and adoption actions.
Support engineering, production, maintenance, and quality teams in adopting new processes, tools, and methods.
Structure and facilitate transformation workshops, co-construction sessions, and steering committees.
Monitor change performance: adoption indicators, field feedback, corrective plans.
Work at the interface with technical teams (mech/elec/systems), operational managers, and support functions.
Contribute to cultural transformation: continuous improvement, skill development, dissemination of best practices.

Profile sought:

5 to 10 years of experience in Change Management in industrial or technological environments.
Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems, or a profile specialized in change management.
Experience in the railway sector desired; otherwise, solid experience in transport (aerospace, automotive, mobility).
Mastery of transformation methodologies: impact analysis, stakeholder management, communication, training, field support.
Ability to understand complex technical environments and to collaborate with engineers, managers, and operational teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills: communication, pedagogy, transversal leadership, management of resistance to change.
Languages: fluent French and English; German is appreciated.
