Is your passion dedicated to first-class customer service and the automotive world?
For an established and modern company in the automotive industry, we are looking for a committed personality as a Customer Service Advisor. In this versatile position, you are the central interface between customers and the workshop and contribute significantly to high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Your tasks

• Competent support and advice for customers in the service area
• Receipt and recording of service and repair orders
• Creation of cost estimates as well as billing of the performed work
• Coordination of workshop appointments and ensuring an efficient flow of information
• Organization and monitoring of a smooth daily routine
• Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships
• Active support in achieving high service and customer satisfaction

Your profile

• Completed technical training in the automotive sector (e.g., automotive mechatronics technician, automotive specialist) or commercial training with corresponding industry experience
• Several years of experience in direct customer contact, ideally in an automotive environment
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
• Further language skills are an advantage
• Strong communication skills and high customer orientation
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Good user knowledge of common IT systems
• Driver's license category B
