Head Chef 100% (f/m/d) ###

Your challenge ###

• Overall responsibility for kitchen operations including leadership, deployment planning, and development of the kitchen team
• Ensuring smooth, economical, and high-quality kitchen processes 365 days a year
• Planning and preparation of balanced, regional, and seasonal menus including special food forms and diets
• Responsibility for purchasing, inventory management, orders, stocktaking, as well as budget control and food cost
• Close cooperation with the hotel management and other departments for integrated, holistic care
• Strict compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP

Your competence ###

• Completed training as a Chef EFZ with further training as a Head Chef with federal diploma (eidg. FA)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership role, ideally in institutional catering or hospitality
• Structured, economical, and solution-oriented way of working with high customer orientation
• Good knowledge of calculation, budgeting, inventory management, and MS Office
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; other languages an advantage
• Resilience, flexibility, and enjoyment of a meaningful task
