Tasks Collaboration in the project for the transformation into the integrated management system (IMS) of the Suva clinics at both locations – e.g.: Setting up an application for documenting the IMS Process modeling and migration of documents Training of employees Sachbearbeitung: Document maintenance and control Management and documentation of cross-clinic improvement and corrective measures Organization of satisfaction measurements (patients, referrers) as well as internal and external audits Support with risk controls within the framework of ERM Leadership and evaluation of statistics Assistance in developing and implementing quality concepts and quality improvement measures with the departments (e.g. for the quality agreement according to KVG 58a) Assistance in implementing and controlling internal and external quality specifications/standards (e.g. ANQ, Hplus) Collaboration in projects (e.g. Lean Management, Records Management) Profile Basic training in business administration and/or in a health profession Courses such as Quality Manager in Healthcare, Quality and Process Manager, etc. Experience in quality management, preferably in the healthcare sector Experience in project, Lean and Records Management is an advantage Networked thinking and action combined with the ability to work with people from different professional groups/stakeholder groups Ability to communicate in a step- and target-group-specific as well as service-oriented manner in word and writing Very good knowledge of MS Office products and applications for integrated management systems Mandatory: German language skills at native speaker level as well as very good French language skills (bilingual) and willingness to travel (Sion, Bern) Benefits - good work needs good conditions 50% discount on health insurance premiums Attractive pension benefits Compatibility of work and family: Own kindergarten, financial support for external childcare Fridays off on birthdays and individual non-cantonal holidays Comprehensive internal training offer as well as participation in external training courses Free use of the training and leisure center Modern infrastructure in a scenic environment near Zurich Contact Ruprecht Team leader Quality, Process and Risk Management Suva clinics Tel.
