CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER AUTOMATION (ON-SITE)

Your tasks

• Technical key function and central contact person directly at the customer's site
• Ensuring high availability of production, automation, and robotics systems
• Independent analysis and sustainable rectification of technical malfunctions and their causes
• Identification and implementation of optimizations, expansions, and modernizations
• Coordination of service, maintenance, and improvement measures with the customer and JAG specialist teams
• Preparation of offers for small projects and support during implementation
• Participation in organized on-call service outside of regular working hours

Your profile

• Technical basic training in the electrical or automation field, ideally with further education HF/FH
• Experience with automation, process control systems, robotics, MES, or industrial production plants
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working as well as enjoyment of sustainable solutions
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and enjoyment of working on-site
• Willingness to participate in the on-call service
• German or French as a native language, good knowledge of the respective other language as well as English skills
