Job Description

• Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all types of food according to the menu plan and special requests
• Co-responsible for efficient inventory management
• Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
• Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service
• Co-responsibility for controlling management, orders, inventories, as well as quality management

Required Profile

• Training as a Cook EFZ with several years of professional experience
• Proven experience in high-end gastronomy/hotel industry in the à la carte sector
• Deployable at all stations in the hot and cold kitchen as well as for banquets
• Professional and independent working attitude
• Flair for plating and decorating food
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of versatile challenges
• Good German skills in spoken and written language
