In this lively and versatile role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be in daily telephone contact with them. The following focal points will shape your daily routine: Professional customer care and relationship management Receipt and processing of all customer contacts and complaints from all communication channels (telephone, e-mail, online etc.) Processing of customer complaints and coordination of complaints with other departments 1st Level Support E-Commerce Creation of invoice corrections Conducting customer satisfaction surveys Order verification, etc. What you bring with you: Completed vocational training Experience in customer service and in dealing with complaint management Flair and affinity for topics from accounting Winning personality, sales skills and empathy Careful, independent and responsible way of working paired with stamina and perseverance Good networked thinking Proficient handling of common MS-Office applications.
