Your role with us You assist our demanding national and international customers when purchasing high-quality watches and pieces of jewelry You carry out small repairs and quick services directly on-site and provide competent advice in Service Après-Vente (SAV) You take over the independent management and follow-up of repair orders You take care of the control, adjustment and setting of sold watches You create an unforgettable shopping experience and actively build long-term customer relationships You support administrative tasks such as offers, customer inquiries and CRM maintenance You act as a Brand Ambassador and present our products with expertise and enthusiasm You support projects, customer events and marketing activities and ensure a well-maintained sales area What you bring with you You have training in retail in the watch and jewelry industry You have specialist knowledge in the watch sector as well as experience in SAV You have experience in the luxury segment and enjoy sales You are IT-savvy and confident in handling digital tools You communicate very well in German and Italian, other languages are a plus You are proactive, customer-oriented and convince with a professional appearance You are a team player with good manners and intercultural competence Why work at Bucherer?
