As part of our development, we are looking for a Chef de Rang in CDI at 100% (possibility of accommodation during the probationary period), motivated, committed, and sharing our values: commitment, cohesion, respect, appreciation, and self-surpassing. Your main missions: • Prepare the dining room according to the establishment's standards and the number of expected covers • Welcome, seat, and advise our guests throughout the service • Present the menu, take orders, and ensure professional and fluid service • Clear and reset tables with rigor • Promote our offers and contribute to a memorable customer experience Your profile: • Successful experience as a Chef de Rang in an establishment of the same category or a brasserie • Hotel diploma or CFC in catering • Neat presentation, excellent communication, and a keen sense of service • Proactivity, autonomy, organization • French as a native language and very good level of English required • Available to work split shifts, evenings, and weekends What we offer you: • A prestigious working environment, facing the lake • A dynamic and professional team • Possible accommodation during the probationary period Interested?
