HR Employee 40% # • Senevita • Senevita Birsgarten ## Senevita is the largest integrated provider of services for the elderly and employs around 4'000 employees. Ambulatory and stationary services blend seamlessly into one another. While Senevita locations offer independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services in Switzerland. In January 2026, Senevita Birsgarten will open in Reinach /BL. We offer a total of 88 care places (22 protected departments), 52 apartments for assisted living, and a restaurant in an idyllic location with very good public transportation connections. To complement our team, we are immediately seeking a motivated and team-oriented personality as HR Employee 40%  # Help shape our new operation actively. You will make a significant contribution to introducing processes to establish services and quality at the highest level. You can expect a new and modern work environment, as well as the opportunity to sustainably shape and co-create your team and our residents' home. Your tasks ## • Management of HR processes (recruitment, personnel support, employee care/administration, payroll administration, master data maintenance, etc.) • Active collaboration with the HR department at the headquarters • Support and consultation for department heads • Management of time recording system, monthly and annual closures (PEP) • Registration and deregistration with authorities and social insurance partners • Process responsibility for absence management • Provision of evaluations, key figures, and statistics We expect ## • Basic training as a merchant EFZ with further training in the personnel sector (personnel assistant, personnel officer, etc.) • Several years of professional experience in a comparable function (advantageous in the healthcare sector) • Structured, precise, and efficient working method • Ability to think holistically and in a networked manner • Very proficient in Office applications (ideally also in PEP, Rexx) • High social competence and service readiness • Excellent expression in German (verbal and written) • Pronounced organizational skills • Flexibility to cover during vacation absences What we offer ## • New opening in a modern house and working environment with public transportation connection • Comprehensive work instruments (concepts, process instructions, etc.) • New and modern infrastructure (building, IT, etc.) • A varied and responsible field of tasks • An appreciative leadership culture and internal further training • Comprehensive further training offer • Attractive discounts/partner discounts/benefits (catering, job ticket/UAbo, additional insurance, etc.) • Good social benefits and at least 5 weeks of vacation (from 50 years 6 weeks, from 60 years 7 weeks of vacation) ## Take the opportunity to shape something new with us!
