People and Culture Manager, 100%: Responsibility for all operational and strategic HR processes of the hotel. Recruitment, selection and onboarding of new employees. Advising and supporting managers and employees in all personnel-related matters. Promotion of an appreciative corporate culture as well as employee retention and development. Planning and implementation of training and further education programs. Responsibility for performance management, employee appraisals and talent development. Ensuring compliance with Swiss labor law and internal guidelines. Participation in personnel planning and the budgeting process. Collaboration with payroll accounting and ensuring correct personnel administration. Development and implementation of HR projects as well as optimization of processes. Promotion of employer branding and employee satisfaction.
