Roasting plant operator / mass chocolate production #

Tasks

• Global responsibility for one or more production lines in the field of mass cocoa production / mass chocolate manufacturing
• Execution and documentation of quality control and line processes
• Autonomous ordering and return of materials according to manufacturing orders
• Organization and execution of cleanings and product changes
• Detection and resolution of breakdowns and support of the technical service during revisions

Requirements

• Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent training in the food sector (Food Technologist CFC, Food Practitioner AFP, Plant Operator CFC, Confectionery Technologist IHK, Food Technologist IHK)
• Technical understanding in the management of chain installations and modern controls (experience with cylinder installations an advantage)
• Availability for shift work
• Good command of German, spoken and written
• Good computer skills (SAP experience an advantage)
