Team Leader: Civil Engineering 80-100% Your tasks You take over the management of our committed civil engineering team, promote knowledge exchange and support the technical and personal development of your employees. You are the contact person for our clients. You are responsible for project acquisition and maintain long-term customer relationships in civil and road construction. You plan, manage and process demanding construction projects as well as maintenance measures in civil and road construction - from the study to the commissioning, independently or together with your team. You actively drive the introduction of BIM in your team and within the GEOINFO group. You are interested in shaping topics such as infrastructure management or gravel pit planning. You take responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality in your unit. Your profile You have a degree as a civil engineer (Bsc or MSc). You have professional experience as a project manager in civil and/or road construction. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, even when several projects are running in parallel. You are communicative, approach people openly and convince with your confident appearance. You take responsibility, act entrepreneurially and bring your own ideas into play. You are motivated, think positively and manage to inspire your team with your energy. You remain flexible and find the best way to the goal even in dynamic situations.
