About the role ###

As an HR Advisor, you will join a team to manage recruitment, HR administration, and close coaching of managers. This versatile role is ideal for a dynamic profile wishing to commit long-term.

We offer you a 6-month Try & Hire mission with the possibility of internalisation, flexible working hours, one day of teleworking per week, and solid initial training of three months.

Tasks ##

Complete management of the recruitment cycle, handling personnel administration, and acting in an advisory and coaching role for managers.

• Manage the entire recruitment process from the expression of need to hiring
• Ensure HR administration and employee engagement formalities
• Draft employment contracts and interim work certificates
• Coach and support local managers in their team management
• Intervene constructively in internal conflict management
• Use Excel for the monitoring and updating of HR data

We are looking for ###

• Training in human resources management (Bachelor HEIG, HR Federal Diploma or a title deemed equivalent)
• Good proficiency in Excel software
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Organizational skills, interpersonal ease, and a supportive posture
