Contract: CDD at 100 % – 43,5 hours per week

Your mission
As a true ambassador of the residence, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will contribute directly to the quality of their stay.

Your main responsibilities

• Welcome, inform, and assist clients from their arrival until their departure.
• Perform check-ins, check-outs, and occasionally inspections.
• Manage reservations as well as requests received by telephone, by e-mail, or at the reception.
• Present the services, activities, and entertainment of the residence and the destination.
• Promote additional services: spa, upgrades, bakery, entertainment, etc.
• Manage special requests, changes in assignment, and complaints, then ensure follow-up with the relevant departments.
• Perform administrative tasks related to stays and control the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Manage the lending of games, devices, and equipment.
• Report any unusual situation or situation presenting a risk to safety.
• Occasionally, depending on needs, provide support to the housekeeper or the technical concierge.

Your profile

• Experience in a similar position, ideally in hospitality or tourism.
• Excellent sense of welcome, service, and communication.
• Good command of IT tools and reception administrative tasks.
• Fluent French and professional level in English and German. Any other language is an asset.
• Neat presentation, organization, versatility, reliability, and team spirit.
