Catering Assistant

The employer is looking for two:

Commis de Rang (reported profession)

Tasks:

• support the Chef de Rang during all phases of service (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
• collaborate in the preparation of the mise en place and verify its correct organization
• assist in table service (carrying dishes, drinks, clearing) ensuring precision and speed
• welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism, directing them to the Chef de Rang when necessary
• support taking simple orders and basic service, under supervision
• collaborate with the dining room and kitchen team to ensure smooth and punctual service
• maintain order and cleanliness of work areas during and after service
• report any replenishment needs and support in the management of equipment
• apply company quality and behavioral standards in every activity

Requirements:

• experience, even brief, in 4/5 star hotels or restaurants
• basic knowledge of service techniques
• good knowledge of the English language; German or other languages are a plus
• aptitude for customer contact and good interpersonal skills
• team spirit, dynamism and willingness to learn
• flexibility to work in shifts (morning/evening), weekends and holidays
