HR Generalist - Evolving Mission

We are looking for a bilingual French/English HR Generalist to join a dynamic HR team in the context of a temporary mission with a strong perspective of evolution towards a HR Business Partner role. In this generalist function, you will intervene on a wide range of HR topics while participating in transformation and continuous improvement projects. Our client is an international company based in Nyon. Missions Ensure daily HR support to employees and managers throughout the employee life cycle. Supervise and coordinate pay-related activities in collaboration with internal and external partners. Participate in recruitment processes: publication of job postings, coordination of interviews and follow-up of applications. Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and transformation initiatives. Participate in the optimization and formalization of HR processes. Ensure monitoring of HR data and ensure their quality and compliance. Accompany managers on HR policies and procedures. Candidate profile Higher education in Human Resources or equivalent field. Successful experience of several years in a HR Generalist position. Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR practices. Experience in supervising or coordinating pay processes. Experience in managing HR projects and process improvement. Excellent relational skills and service-oriented mindset. Proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. Fluency in French and English is imperative, both spoken and written.
