The job that makes you happy:

• Professional specialist advice and support of our customers via telephone and email regarding questions about the assortment and order processing
• Creation of offers as well as technical verification of orders
• Independent administration of orders (adjustments, cancellations, status inquiries)
• Processing of complaints in cooperation with internal departments and suppliers
• Documentation of customer requests in the ERP system

The profile that makes us happy:

• Successfully completed commercial, technical or vocational training, ideally with a background as a sanitary installer
• At least 3 years of experience in administration or customer service in a technical environment
• Confident communication in German, good knowledge of French and English is an advantage
• Structured, customer-oriented way of working and confident handling of IT systems
• Team player and service-oriented personality with a friendly, confident appearance
• Responsible and conscientious way of working and ambition to actively participate in the further development of REUTER
