Sales coordinator (M/F) Job description: Order and invoicing management • Confirm orders and manage invoicing for retrofit projects. • Confirm and invoice technical interventions requested by our clients. • Confirm and invoice the production of serial machines. • Administer maintenance contracts. • Confirm orders and submit invoices on various client portals if necessary. Debt collection monitoring • Take proactive and regular actions to recover sums due from clients. Management of Requests via e-Ticketing • Resolve various internal and external requests addressed via the e-ticketing service. Preparation and Participation in Audits • Prepare for and participate in audits on sales coordination processes, including compliance, internal, ISO, and financial audits. Document Management • Save and update documents on various platforms such as CRM, SPT, and Project Archiving. Job requirement: CFC in commercial employee or equivalent qualification Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) Experience in sales administration in an international setting Proficiency in an ERP, ideally SAP Adept with Microsoft tools, more particularly Excel Excellent interpersonal skills allowing for transverse work with various interlocutors (colleagues, suppliers, clients-)
