The Role You will be responsible for our customers who require individual consulting on their financial situation and will conduct demanding consulting conversations. You will develop solution proposals in case of payment difficulties, taking into account both the individual situation of the customers and the company's guidelines. You will be the central point of contact for telephone communication with customers, internal departments, banks, and authorities (such as debt collection agencies and adult protection authorities). You will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of further processes to minimize risk, which are designed to continuously reduce the risk of payment defaults and financial losses. What we expect You have a commercial basic training and/or professional experience in case processing in a comparable environment. You communicate effortlessly in German, French, Italian, and English. You work independently, have a quick grasp, and are decision-friendly.
