To complete our team in the UROLOGY unit, at the Rennaz site, we are looking for a:

Medical Assistant M/F at 60%-80%

The main missions of this position are ###

• Ensure communication with the offices of licensed physicians
• Schedule appointments in the UROLOGY calendar
• Ensure routine administrative follow-up: open, sort and distribute mail, process emails, answer the phone
• Ensure the proper administrative maintenance of medical records and the follow-up of billing
• Contribute to teamwork, act in a collegial manner
• Assistance during consultations
• Setup and tidying of the consultation booth

We require ###

• A CFC as a medical assistant, DFMS or a title deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience in a hospital establishment or a medical practice
• Perfect mastery of the French language, oral and written, as well as excellent IT skills
• A sense of responsibility, organization, and planning
• A motivated, rigorous, dynamic person, with excellent communication skills
• Application and respect for institutional directives and procedures
