Our dynamic team works to enhance and sustainably manage this unique site, serving residents and visitors. As part of the continuous development and improvement of the estate's management, we are looking for a motivated, organized person interested in IT tools to strengthen the office team. Your main missions Ensure physical and telephone reception of owners, partners, and service providers in French and English Manage routine correspondence, invoicing, and administrative follow-up of the estate Participate in the planning and coordination of seasonal and event activities Update databases, booking tools, and communication materials Collaborate with field teams Write minutes, reports, and documents Occasionally contribute to versatile tasks according to the needs of the estate Profile sought CFC in commerce or equivalent training in the administrative field Proven experience in an administrative or reception position, ideally in tourism Interest, sensitivity, for the real estate sector Mastery of French and good notions of English (oral), any other language is an asset Ease with IT tools (Office suite, management software, messaging) Sense of service, rigorous organization, and ability to manage priorities Team spirit, autonomy, and communicative good mood Affinity with the mountain environment and values related to nature and sustainable development We offer An exceptional working environment in the heart of the Vaud Alps A cohesive team and a benevolent working environment Internal training and support during the takeover of the position
