Your tasks

• You actively and in a partnership-based manner support the field service and brokers throughout the entire sales process, thereby contributing to our shared success.
• You assess risks in the industries: UVGO, UVG-Zusatzversicherung, Kollektive-Krankentaggeldversicherung and other accident insurances.
• You carry out risk assessments, process contract adjustments, support the implementation of inventory measures, and process wage declarations.
• You assist customers via telephone and in writing in a competent, committed, and solution-oriented manner.
• You recognize individual needs and develop suitable and sustainable solutions.
• You live a partnership-based collaboration and contribute to a strong sense of togetherness with your commitment.

Your skills

• Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience in the field of personal insurance
• The VBV certificate (non-life) or willingness to obtain it
• Enjoyment of contact with various contact persons, a strong readiness to provide service and high customer orientation
• Sales-oriented thinking, efficient and solution-oriented cooperation
• Quick comprehension, independent and exact way of working
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German and Italian, others an advantage
