• 04 August 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Bellikon Tasks ## • Administrative processing: • Management and control of documents • Management and documentation of interclinical improvement and corrective measures • Organization of satisfaction surveys (patients, prescribers) as well as internal and external audits • Support for risk controls within the framework of ERM • Management and analysis of statistics • Participation in the transformation project towards the integrated management system (IMS) of the Suva clinics on both sites - for example: • Development of an application for IMS documentation • Process modeling and document migration • Employee training • Assistance in the development and implementation of quality concepts and quality improvement measures with specialized departments (for example, for the quality contract according to KVG 58a) • Assistance in the implementation and control of internal and external quality requirements/standards (for example ANQ, Hplus) • Participation in projects (for example Lean Management, file management)   Profile ## • Basic commercial training and/or healthcare profession • Training such as health quality manager, quality and process manager or equivalent • Experience in quality management, ideally in the healthcare sector • Experience in project management, Lean and file management is an asset • Ability to think and act in an interconnected manner, with the ability to collaborate with people from different professional groups / stakeholders • Ability to communicate in an appropriate manner to levels and recipients, as well as service-oriented, orally and in writing • Very good knowledge of the use of MS Office products and applications for integrated management systems • Essential: Mastery of German at native language level as well as excellent knowledge of French (at least C1-C2) and availability for travel (Sion, Berne) Our teamwork is based on benevolence, trust, commitment and service orientation.
